Syngonium White Butterfly

Syngonium White Butterfly is a beautiful, easy-care indoor plant with fresh green arrow-shaped leaves marked with creamy white variegation. Its soft colouring and trailing growth make it a versatile choice for shelves, desks or hanging displays.

Why You’ll Love It

The White Butterfly brings plenty of lightness to a space without taking over. Its fresh variegated foliage works beautifully alongside darker green plants and can be styled to trail as it matures, giving you a plant that changes character as it grows.

Plant Details

Scientific Name: Syngonium podophyllum 'White Butterfly'
Nursery Pot Size: 14cm
Lighting: Bright to medium indirect light. Good light helps maintain its variegation, but avoid harsh direct afternoon sun.
Toxicity: Toxic if ingested. Keep away from pets and children.

A Note on Size

The 14cm nursery pot refers to the diameter of the pot the plant is growing in and does not indicate the overall height of the plant. Individual plants can vary in height, shape and fullness.

Plant Care

Allow the top layer of soil to dry slightly between watering, then water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain away. Avoid keeping the soil constantly wet.

Bright, indirect light will help maintain its attractive variegation. As the plant grows, you can allow it to trail or provide support if you'd prefer a more upright shape.

Make It Complete

Plants are sold in their nursery pots, with cover pots available separately. Choose a simple pot to let the lighter foliage stand out, or pair it with a darker-toned pot for contrast.

We also have Plant Care options including plant food, neem and water meters to help keep your new plant happy and healthy.
