What security measures do you have in place?

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. For payment gateways we use either Paypal or Eway. Both providers have

  • 24/7 fraud monitoring. They monitor activity and transactions across their networks and tens of millions of merchant sites globally to help protect your account and keep your data secure.
  • Financial encryption. Your transactions and payments are encrypted.
  • Purchase protection. 
  • Send money securely.

Are card numbers stored or do they go through a secure gateway?

All cards for online transactions are never stored by our business and go through a secure gateway - either using Paypal or Epay (our providers). Credit cards taken online are never stored by us and we can only see the last 4 digits of the cards used for payment.

Your information belongs to you

We carefully analyze what types of information we need to provide our services, and we try to limit the information we collect to only what we really need. 

We protect your information from others

If a third party requests your Personal Data, we will refuse to share it unless you give us permission or we are legally required. When we are legally required to share your Personal Data, we will tell you in advance, unless we are legally forbidden.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and when providing our services.
