Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of the floral / plant industry, flowers can not be returned or cancelled once an order has been dispatched on a courier or left the store.

We will endeavour to provide the best customer service and quality of flowers /plants as possible.

Where a plant or flowers is deemed by us to be not of the standard we intended then we may give a replacement. Any refunds are solely at our discretion. The only exception is where something is covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
