Pink Kalenchoe Succulent - Easy Care Plant

Add a pop of colour to your space with a pink Kalanchoe. This compact flowering plant produces clusters of cheerful blooms and fleshy green leaves, making it a lovely addition to windowsills, desks or sunny spots around the home. Available in a variety of pink flowering varieties, each plant brings its own touch of colour.

Plant Details

• Scientific Name: Kalanchoe blossfeldiana
• Nursery Pot Size: 12cm
• Flower Colour: Various shades of pink
• Lighting: Bright indirect light to gentle direct sunlight
• Water: Allow the soil to dry out between watering
• Toxicity: Toxic to cats and dogs if ingested

A Note on Size

The 12cm nursery pot refers to the diameter of the pot, not the height of the plant. Flower colour, size and fullness may vary depending on the variety and seasonal availability.

Plant Care

Kalanchoes are succulents, so they prefer plenty of light and soil that drains well. Allow the soil to dry between watering and avoid leaving the plant sitting in water.

Once the flowers have faded, snip off the spent flower clusters near the base of their stems. This keeps the plant tidy and allows it to put energy into healthy foliage. With plenty of light and the right care, your Kalanchoe can flower again, although it may need a period of shorter daylight hours to encourage new blooms.
