Begonia Masoniana Mountain Plant

Begonia Masoniana Mountain is a distinctive foliage plant with textured leaves and a striking pattern that makes it a standout among indoor plants. Its interesting foliage brings plenty of character to shelves, side tables and plant collections.

Plant Details

Scientific Name: Begonia masoniana
Nursery Pot Size: 14cm
Lighting: Bright to medium indirect light. Avoid harsh direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
Toxicity: Toxic if ingested. Keep away from pets and children.

A Note on Size

The 14cm nursery pot refers to the diameter of the pot the plant is growing in and does not indicate the overall height of the plant. Individual plants can vary in size, shape and fullness.

Plant Care

Begonia Masoniana prefers bright, filtered light and a warm indoor environment. Allow the top layer of soil to dry slightly before watering, then water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain away.

Try to avoid getting water sitting on the leaves and provide good airflow around the plant. It appreciates humidity, but consistently wet foliage can encourage problems.

Make It Complete

Plants are sold in their nursery pots, with cover pots available separately. A simple neutral cover pot works well with the patterned foliage without competing with it.

We also have Plant Care options including plant food, neem and water meters.
